Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 2, 2026
1. Who We Are
SPARK (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by SPARK. We provide a daily newsletter and real-time market data dashboard for digital asset investors. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you create an account or subscribe:
- Email address — used to deliver your newsletter and send account-related notifications
- Account credentials — password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text)
- Subscription status & timestamps — when you subscribed and confirmed your email
- Usage data — pages visited, approximate country/region from hosting headers, device type, and time on site for service analytics
- Advertising and consent data — ad interactions, cookie consent choices, and related technical identifiers processed by Google AdSense where ads are enabled
We do not store raw IP addresses, payment card details, phone numbers, or physical addresses.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To send the SPARK daily newsletter (only after email confirmation)
- To authenticate your account and maintain your session
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
- To improve our service through first-party analytics and aggregated reporting
- To show advertising on eligible public content pages and measure ad performance
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area, we process your data based on:
- Contract performance — to provide the service you signed up for
- Legitimate interests — to maintain service security and prevent abuse
- Consent — for newsletter delivery (you can withdraw at any time)
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Manage your newsletter subscription from your account settings
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@amxplore.com.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
We use session cookies to maintain your login state and local storage identifiers to measure anonymous visitor sessions and page engagement. On eligible public content pages, Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, limit abuse, measure ad performance, and personalize ads where permitted by your consent and applicable law. Your browser can be configured to refuse cookies, though this may prevent you from staying signed in or affect how ads and consent messages work.
8. Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate the platform:
- Supabase — database and authentication (EU region)
- Email delivery provider — transactional and newsletter email delivery
- Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
- Google AdSense — advertising, ad measurement, abuse prevention, and consent messaging on eligible public pages
Each service operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
