By creating an account or subscribing to SPARK, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

SPARK provides a daily newsletter and market data dashboard covering cryptocurrency, macro-economic indicators, and digital asset exchange data. The service is intended for informational purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content published by SPARK is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. Market data, analysis, and commentary are based on publicly available information and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any investment decision. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
One account per person — duplicate accounts may be terminated

6. Acceptable Use

Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any newsletter content without written permission
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service
Use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and data visualizations on SPARK are the property of SPARK unless otherwise noted. Market data is sourced from third parties (CoinGecko, Binance, FRED) and remains subject to their respective terms.

8. Subscription & Cancellation

The SPARK newsletter is currently provided free of charge. You may stop receiving the newsletter at any time from your account settings or by deleting your account. Cancellation takes effect immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data or content. Service availability is not guaranteed and may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPARK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any investment losses based on information obtained from this platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Korea.
